Safety inspection before power generation
1. Check whether the oil level meets the specified requirements: take out the oil level gauge, clean the oil level gauge and insert it into the oil tank of the oil machine. After taking out, confirm that the oil level of the oil machine is above the lower position of the oil level gauge.If necessary, add oil to the upper limit of the oil gauge.
2. Check whether the control panel, connecting cable, socket and plug of the oil machine are in good condition, whether the wire is cracked or not, and whether the insulation is damaged.
3. Check the fuel level, water level, starting battery voltage and whether there is water leakage, electricity leakage, oil leakage and air leakage.
Two refueling safety operation specifications
1. Refueling operation can only be carried out after the fuel valve is closed and the generator is cooled.
2. do not take out the fuel filter when refueling, do not make dust, dirt, water and other external sundries into the gasoline.
3.Do not smoke or refuel where there is a fire.
4. must use 90 # above unleaded gasoline, at any time when refueling to observe the oil level meter, do not make the fuel spill or spill on the engine and muffler.In case of spill or spill, clean the gasoline before starting the generator.
Tighten the cap after refueling.
Safe operation specification for power on
1. After the generator is started at room temperature, it needs to run for 1-2 minutes for preheating operation. In cold conditions, it needs to extend the preheating operation time to 3-5 minutes.
2. Check the instrument indication of the oil machine.After measuring the output voltage and frequency of oil machine, close the output switch of oil machine.
3. Measure the output voltage of the oil machine to ensure the normal output voltage and correct connection between the hot wire and the zero wire.
4. According to the step-by-step power transmission process: turn on the power supply air switch of the oil machine → turn on the power supply air switch in the ac distribution panel → turn on the ac input power supply air switch in the switching power supply → turn on the single rectifier module.
(1) no oil machine switch box, will open and close the wiring gap, and then close the switch power switch (must not put the ac distribution screen in the main switch closed, to prevent the oil machine to the grid);
(2) have the base station of the oil machine switch box, the main switch in the ac distribution box closed, and then close the switch power switch.If there is sufficient load allowance, turn on the air conditioning shunt switch.
5. Check whether the dc output voltage in the switching power supply is normal, whether the base station equipment is working normally, and whether the battery charging is normal.
